Accountability and Coherence
I took an ethics class; and, I learned a lot about life. The Masters of Public Administration Program teaches us about ourselves; and, we, by law, must apply our best practices if we are to label ourselves as accountable. The purpose of government is to protect public property and to enforce contracts. Some argue that public administration is no different than private businesses. Our philosophy must be to be transparent to religion, the family and the business. We are transparent to values. But since I stated a rule (reads: I said 'must'), let me tell you the three rules. We must do the right thing at the right time and sometimes we get to do what we want to do. Those are the two rules. That rules even applies to God. When we humans do what we want to do all of the time; and, it just happens to be that time when we are doing what we, also, want to do, we are the form of a prophet. That's how I feel writing thi...
